many of you have met Nicoletta from Sieben Linden at the GEN meetings – remember the clown? She and I are working on a Grundtvig Learning Partnership application titled Cooperative Games and Circle Dances.

We are looking for more partners.

This is a two-year project starting in August 2013. The scope is exchange of traditional dances of different countries, games from different strands like cooperative games, new games, outdoor games (“Erlebnispädagogik, Waldpädagogik”, sorry we don’t know the words), as well as modification and development of games. You should have some experience with facilitation of either games or dances (or both), and occasion to practice this at home for the duration of the project.
There wlll be 5-6 meetings of 4-6 days each in the different participating countries during the 2 years, between the group of facilitators, plus one workshop where the results are put into practice.

You need to be associated with an adult education organisation (can be a loose connection – volunteer staff, but the organisation will get the money and needs to sign the application, so you need a close collaboration) in the EU, Croatia, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey or Switzerland. The amount of funding available depends on your country, it should cover at least the costs for meetings, expect to put in some volunteer work for this project also.
