Soovitus: loo selged taotlused, võta asju rahulikult. Kui tahad midagi teha, tee mis on lõbus, mänguline, lahe, ära pinguta üle. Nii nagu mõtled, ütle, ära hoia tagasi. Luba lapselikku energiat; hoia rõõmusagedus avatud.
Abiliseks tuleb Leedi Naada, mis võib tähistada seda, et oled tahtnud oma südant sulgeda, pole tahtnud ennast avada. Kui soovid midagi südamelt ära jagada, tee seda. Kui südames on valus või raske, palu, et süda avatakse täielikkuseni välja. Kui süda on avatud, näed oma tulevikku selgelt.
Võimalik ka, et täiskuu energiad hakkavad mängima.
Astu oma vanadest mustritest välja, andes vabaks nii enda kui teiste suhtes hoitud viha, vimma, pahameele, vaenulikkuse, süüdistamise ja hukkamõistu, ilma karistamata.
Vägivallamustritest välja astumine ja eluga edasiminemine ilma oma õigust taga nõudmata; olukorda või teisi inimesi kontrollimata või kohtumõistja rolli mängimata; sina ei pea teisi ümberkasvatamata kui tunned, et sinuga on oldud ebaõiglane, käitutud ebakohaselt. Andestamine tähendab, et astu olukorrast välja ja sa ei pea sellega enam tegelema, kui just süda ei soovi, et seda teeksid.
Tähelepanu toomine armastusele, heasoovlikkusele, enda keskmele oma elule mõistes iseenda vastutust olukorra lahendamisel kõikide kõrgeimaks hüvanguks.
Andestamine ei pea tähendama, et me kellegi teguviisi õigeks peame, vaid anname iseenda vabaks rasketest energiatest, et edasi liikuda kerguses ja uues voos.
Taotlus: „Mõistes enda tõelist olemust saan aru, et mul polegi tarvis andestada, ma ise olengi andestus. Juba minu kohalolek iseendas puhta olemusena on tervendav. Ma olen vaba. Tunnistades enda vabadust õnnistan ennast ja maailma.”
Tuleb armastajate aasta. Südamete eest pühitakse blokid ära! Armastus pühib meid puhtaks uuteks kogemusteks. Praegu siseneme sellisesse teadvuse tasandisse, mis ei põhine karmal, vaid uue loomisel. Õnnelikud ja kandvad suhted on nende jaoks, kes on ennast ära puhastanud.

Next Tuesday Dec 21 is the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and is the Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere.

Chiron retrograde ends on Dec. 19. Chiron is a minor planet known as the “wounded healer” in astrology, and its retrograde periods help us to process our pain and dress old wounds. Once Chiron goes direct, we may feel more inspired to channel our past struggles into action and start healing.
Then the Sun entering Capricorn begins a new season: the Solstice represents either the shortest day (in northern hemisphere or the shortest night of the year (in the southern hemisphere), according to where on Earth we are living.
The Winter Solstice brings our attention to how we find our way through the darkness and is the birth of the light.
We can use that to birth the light in our own lives with intention using the tools found in The Seasonal Attunements.
