INTUITIIVSED INIMESED
Intuitiivsed inimesed ei ole haprad, nad on tundlikud.
Nad võivad tunduda nõrgad, kuid tegelikult hoiavad nad vanade hingede jõudu enda sees.
Selle toeks ei ole füüsiline jõud, vaid emotsionaalne tugevus, mida kasvatavad erinevad eluolukorrad.
Need on hinged, kes on elanud lugematul hulgal elusid, kes on läinud sügavale oma kirgedesse, kes on langenud ja tõusnud universaalsete õpetuste ees.
Nad nutavad rohkem kui teised, sest on oma tunnetega ausad.

Nad on inimesed, kes armastavad, kellel on tugev side looduse, loomade, raamatute ja kõigi õpetustega, mida vaimsus maailma toob. Nad tahavad õppida, õgivad teadmisi, janunevad teadmiste järele, et saaksid inimkonna heaks rohkem ära teha. Mõnikord lihtsalt selleks, et “meenutada”, mida nad olid varem õppinud.
Nad vaatavad sageli tähti ja naeratavad, kui meenutavad oma kodu. Ja siis tabab igatsus…
Nad teavad, et nad on siin, aga nad on ülalt!
Nad teavad, et riietus, mida nad nimetavad “nahaks”, on ajutine. Nad teavad, et on olnud varem ja on ka edaspidi.
Nad ei pärinud seda võimet, vaid võitsid selle läbi sadade elude, südamevalu, kukkumiste, reetmiste, aga ka armastuste, võitude, õnnestumiste, usalduse ja õnne.
Nii, et ärge kunagi alahinnake intuitiivse inimese tugevust.
Ta tunneb häid hingi ja neid, kes on veel teel oma valguse leidmise poole.
Ta võib kukkuda, kuid ta tõuseb alati püsti.
Sest ta õpib alati igast veast, igast kogemusest ja teeb seda oma suurima jõuga.
Sest ta on juba õppinud oma valgust arendama ja teab, et ta on võimeline valgustama neid, kes sellest veel aru ei saa, ja valgustama neid, kes on teadvuse ärkamisjärgus.
Intuitiivne inimene on see, kes kannab oma sammudes ja silmades hingest tulevat jõudu.
Ja see jõud juhib kogu olemasolu…

I’m very excited about this message because this is a subject I’m very passionate about.
The impact that this has had in my life once I understood it has been AMAZING!!
Have you ever had that experience where you’re thinking about something new to you, like a model of a car, for example, and then you see that car absolutely everywhere you go?
Obviously, more of that particular model of a car hasn’t suddenly materialized into existence out of nowhere, they were always there.
So why do we suddenly notice more of them subconsciously?
This phenomenon happens because of a particular part of our brains called the Reticular Activating System (or RAS for short).
RAS can help us or cripple us.
The RAS has a couple of roles, one particular function is for your subconscious to highlight things in the world around you, that are relevant to your current conscious points of focus.
In simple terms, this means that what you think about, you start to see in the world around you.
Kind of like your subconscious is highlighting stuff for you with great big flashing neon signs while shouting “LOOK AT THIS, IT’S RELEVANT TO YOU!”.
So, if we choose to focus on negative thought patterns and self-talk such as:
– I’m not good enough,
– People don’t like me,
– I can’t be successful…
Then your RAS spends all day putting big neon signs around all the negative things while shouting “SEE, LOOK, THIS CONFIRMS THAT YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH.”
We can only see what we choose to believe because our RAS just filters out all the millions of opportunities around us that could help us be VASTLY more successful.
It is human nature to look outside of us for the answers, but if we try to see the world for opportunities to become prosperous and financially free, while at the same time believing inside of us that it’s not possible for us to achieve, then every single opportunity that appears is instantly dismissed by our RAS.
So, here is my message.
FOCUS ON POSITIVE THOUGHTS.
Make a choice to focus all your attention on the positive thought patterns and self-talk that will take you closer to your goals.
Examples:
– I’m not good enough. “I am good at several things, and I can learn how to become good at even more.”
– People don’t like me. “Most people like me, and some don’t, and that is totally fine.”
– I can’t be successful. “Other people have done it, although they came from less fortunate positions than I am currently in, so I can become successful too.”
As you start doing this more and more, your RAS will start to shift its focus, and you’ll begin to see the world in an entirely different light. Everything is still the same, but somehow it looks completely different. The world seems vibrant, bright, filled with opportunity, and you feel so much more fulfilled.
It’s all a choice, and as with everything, it starts between your ears.

I ain’t gonna mince my words, because we’re so close to victory (which is Starseed’s physical contact, long before ET disclosure to the unconscious majority & IT ‘all-going-down’).
As for what this NEW HIGHER timeline has revealed … (FYI: the next higher timeline might reveal something even better) … some physical plane news has ‘come to light’.
Half of you already know about the SCOTUS court docket that appeared, basically saying that by Nov 23rd or 24th … a SCOTUS decision will be made on:
plaintiffs’ court filings about the 2020 election fraud
which opens the road for evidence of election fraud actually being looked at
which eviscerates all results of the 2020 election – nevermind the 2022 elections
As stated by the increasingly trusty (Q)The Storm Rider, SCOTUS will simply state the existing laws … which are;
… only State legislative Houses & State Attorney Generals (not Governors & Secretaries Of State) are the only ones who can rule on election laws & AUDITS.
This will result in at least half of all States doing forensic audits & or nullifying the 2020 elections (and possibly the mid-term elections too).
… and only 3 States are needed to
de-certify the 2020 Presidential election.
… which is why Trump announced his candidacy before all this happens.
And gee … wouldn’t ya know it … Nov 23 is on the New Moon, where ‘coincidentally’ the 144K & the dark ones will ‘have-it-out’ on the non-physical … which is always the blueprint for the physical.
And remember, New Moons are for manifesting … beginning … & setting intentions. That’s why the dark ones would always ritualize on every New Moon.
So yes … as Q would say: BUCKLE UP!

Healing And Balancing Your Emotions
Stress can lead to depression and other physical ailments. There are many ways to heal and balance your emotions. They can really make a difference in your life! Now let’s take a look at ways healing and balancing your emotions can improve your health, relationships, financial situation, etc.
Eat healthily.
• Add healthy fats to your diet. Healthy fats found in foods such as avocados and butter are a good addition to any diet because they increase serotonin levels, which improve mood.
• Avoid processed foods. Processed foods high in sugar, hormones, or additives can have an adverse effect on our moods. The high sugar content can cause spikes and crashes that leave us feeling agitated, stressed, or depressed.
• Eat more fruits. Fruits are super dense in nutrients that support healthy brain function, which helps you stay in control of your emotions instead of letting them control you. They are also the most high-vibrating foods available.
Meditate.
Learning how to meditate is an essential part of healing and balancing your emotions. It’s a great self-care practice that helps you center and focuses on yourself, with the goal of processing your mental and emotional states.
As such, meditation is an excellent anti-anxiety tool. It allows you to recognize and understand your internal state, enabling you to gain a more objective perspective on how you feel. Plus, it’s just plain relaxing. As a result, meditation can help alleviate stress, reduce anxiety and depression, improve focus and productivity, increase confidence levels, and even boost physical health by reducing stress hormones like cortisol in your body (cortisol spikes when stressed).
It can also help you connect with the deeper meaning behind life’s experiences so that they don’t leave you feeling frazzled or unable to properly process them.
Drink water.
Water is key to self-care, not just because it’s good for your body but because it’s good for your emotions as well. The physical act of drinking water signals to your body that you want to feel calm and in control.
Start by drinking a large glass of water first thing in the morning. Carry a water bottle with you and take sips throughout the day, especially when you feel your emotions running high.
When you wake up from a nap or get out of bed in the morning, drink water before you do anything else. Finally, drink water before going to sleep each night; it will help keep your energy calm and peaceful as you prepare for bed each night.
Stay far away from tap water. Drink glass-bottled spring water only!
Get enough sleep.
I was someone who had struggled with my sleep and emotional health in the past. I’ve had a number of stressful events or heavy workloads. I also struggled with insomnia, which only got worse in the winter months when daylight was limited, and I had less time to work on improving my sleep habits. Most of the time, though, I have been able to keep this condition under control with a combination of better-quality sleep, better regulation of stress and anxiety.
Sleep is important for regulating emotions; it’s like picking up the pieces after an emotional trauma that caused you to damage your feelings. Although there are other things (such as meditation) that can help you heal from emotional trauma, many people find that eight hours sleep per night is perfect to keep them feeling rested throughout the day, even if they’re experiencing intense emotions at bedtime.
Exercise.
It’s not a shock that exercise is good for you. The benefits are well-known and come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, from weight loss to building muscles to mental clarity.
You must exercise 20-30 minutes every day. The human body is made for movement. Every. Day. Not just once a week in a Gym.
What exercises should you aim for? ALL OF THEM. Cardio, strength, stretching. For example, you can start your session with a 10 minute cardio workout, continue with ten minutes strength training and finish with ten minutes of yin yoga. You MUST LOVE your body and move it.
Check your energy levels with crystals and gemstones.

Spend time in nature.
The last but not least tip for healing and balancing your emotions is to spend some time in nature. Nature has an incredible ability to heal us and make us feel whole. The best way to do this is to spend as much time outside as possible! Daily.
If you are able, you can go on a long walk or hike through the woods.
Nature has the power to help balance your emotions by connecting with them. When you connect with the earth, moon, sun, stars, and seasons, you will find that your emotional balance will improve dramatically! This is because these natural elements all have their own energy, which affects us emotionally when we are connected with them.
You can also connect with plants and animals! Animals also have energy that affects our emotions when we interact with them directly.
If you don’t live near a forest or park with plenty of trees all year, start small by establishing a herb garden outside your house so that when summer returns next year, you’ll have some green space to keep you cool physically and emotionally.
