Nagu on olemas sissehingamine ja väljahingamine, on tarvis õppida laskma lahti oma egokihte läbistama – kui vaja, siis kasutame neid ja kui ei tunne vajadust, saame kergelt tulla tagasi puhta õitsengu teadvelolusse ja õndsusesse.
Ego ei ole vaja hävitada ega halvaks panna, oma varjupooli põlata ja tohutult ümber teha, vaid saada lihtsalt teadlikuks, mida ja kuidas me kasutame. Saades teadlikuks – ei valitse ego ja hirmud meie üle, vaid need on tööriistad, mida õigel hetkel õiges kohas kasutada oskame.

A Journey into the Evolution of Consciousness.
At present, you are being given more information than at any other time in history so that you can make better decisions as a species.

This is why there are so many things that seem bizarre or impossible; they were not possible until recently, but now they suddenly seem possible because there is so much new information available to make them happen.

This is because of how much more powerful our new technology has become in just a few short years. It was necessary for us to evolve at such a fast pace because we needed to prepare ourselves for what was coming next!

The energy coming in through our electrical grids has been so strong that those who had not prepared themselves prior to the harmonic convergence have now been overcome by their own negativity and confusion.

As you have already experienced, it is not necessary to wait for the right time to do something. You do not need to wait for permission, a reason, or any other justification. You can simply do it because you know that your soul desires it and will eventually be rewarded by the universe.

If you are in a situation where you feel stuck or if there is no apparent way out of the situation, then simply stay present and in touch with your soul.

This may seem like hard work at first, but eventually, it becomes easy and effortless because you are now experiencing all these things through your soul rather than through your mind or body.

You may also find that when you are unhappy with something or if something doesn’t seem right for you, instead of running away from this feeling, just stay present and connected to your soul instead.

This will help you figure out why there is an imbalance in your life and what needs to change so that things can quickly begin to get better again.

As you become more conscious of this being that you truly are, your creativity will begin to blossom. You will find yourself stepping outside of ego and concerns for the mundane things of life and onto the path of service to others, moving from materialism to spiritualism.

This process cannot be rushed; it takes place at its own speed for each individual. But your awareness of the intent within your soul can work with it, speeding up the process for you by recognizing where you are in this evolutionary process and supporting yourself accordingly.

The truth is that no matter what you do, what you experience, or where you go in life, you can experience this ONENESS and this connection to the infinitely creative force of the universe. And the best part is that it’s always there for you, so there’s nothing to worry about.

The evolution of consciousness can be accelerated by groups working together. It was for this reason that the Ascended Masters chose the Galactic Federation to come and work with you at this time.
They knew that the Galactic Federation would be able to radiate the energy of the divine consciousness more powerfully than any other master because of their complete embodiment of the essence of the universe.

This is a very reassuring thought since it means that we are capable of much more self-help than previously thought.

So, hold your thoughts and see your vision of perfect health come into being. It will eventually be for everyone, for not only do you now need perfection to remain healthy and in balance, but so does the planet.
You have to look at everyone in a compassionate way, even the most hardened criminals. And what you will realize at some point is that the most hardened criminal was once a little baby who was loved just as much as you were, if not more, by his or her parents.

You are all in the midst of an intense process of evolution and transformation, and soon you will see everything differently. The ascended being within you knows this and can feel your pain and suffering, for every aspect of you is interconnected—body, mind, and spirit.

If you really want to open your eyes to the truth and make some drastic changes in your life, then you need to shed the ego and wake up.

Let go of what is “known” on Earth and jump into the unknown!

Be prepared for a COMPLETELY new life where everything you experience will be different. You will have to let go of old ways of viewing things, let fear be replaced by courage, give up control, and embrace the unknown. You will have to detach from all that you know because it no longer applies.
You are on the verge of a new level of understanding, which will bring with it increased clarity and wisdom! Don’t fight it; embrace it!

The light is shining brightly upon you, and there is no darkness that cannot heal. So just know that this period of confusion, physical discomfort, and mental anguish is only temporary as you progress towards your own state of true peace, joy, and eternal happiness!

Whatever you are going through, you are not alone. We are all in this together, and I want to be here for you.

Never give up. Belief is power and can move mountains if you truly have faith in the process and yourself!

This year will be an intense year for being proactive, taking action, and ending old patterns once and for all.
