UUE TORMITSÜKLI NÄDALA ENERGIAD
Uue nädala põhiteemaks tuleb elutarkus – kasuta neid teadmisi, mis sul on, et hoida ennast meelemängudest kõrgemal. Meelemängud on pidevad hindmaised ja kritiseerimised, kuidas keegi olema peaks. Südame kaudu vaadates saame lubadagi kõigil ja kõigel olla, seega usalda, et kui on tahtmine minna nurisemise mänguväljakule, sul tegelikult seda teha vaja pole. Neutraalsus on eristamine on need omadused ja oskused, mis võivad suureks abiks olla.
ERISTAMINE
1) suutlikkus vahet teha enda ja teiste inimeste tunnetel, kogemustel, soovidel, vajadustel ja teemadel, et mitte üle võtta, koormata ennast asjadega, mis pole minu lahendada või neile üleüldse mitte tähelepanu pöörata;
